Yes it's Egon; He's lucky the 3rd time around his he gets packaged with one of the cooler Power Pack Weapons. A miniature Helicopter, You heard me right, A Miniature Helicopter. Egon could use the helicopter only by clipping it to his back and supposedly flying around, While clipped to his back you could push down on the pack and the Helicopter blade would fall forward so you could apparently "Suck In" Ghosts. This weapon was dubbed the Crazy Copter and came packaged with the Twister Ghost.

This marks the reappearance of the typical RGB Action Figure after many lines of making the Ghostbusters look scared. Apparently Kenner thought this line would be the end of the RGB Action Figure world and so as such they did not even give it a proper name. It is called Power Pack Heroes because some fan of the Series Saw that they had amazing new Packs and Aptly Dubbed them "Power Pack Heroes" This line also features those spiffy new suits with the colorful designs on them. This line was supposed to be the tie-in line for Ghostbusters 2.
