Mr. Sandman is da' man. Defiantly the coolest, creepiest voice in the seris.
GB Slimer is awsome, he's always stuffing his face and he all transparent. (I LOVE the popcorn scene.)
Vigo is so evil, gotta love him.
The Titanic ghosts are CREEPY, gotta love 'em
The Archway ghost is one bad ass, gotta love him too.
Hehe, the People-Busters of course.
The Umpire is one mysterious ghost.
The scyth-ghost is cool too, what a laugh he's got.
And due to peer presure, Sam Hein of course.

The zombie in the NYC taxi cab was pretty creepy. If we had to go for ones we liked the most and not the coolest-looking, Slimer from (the early) RGB show was pretty cool. Especially in that episode where he grows into a King Kong-sized blue terror --
Computer (translating for Slimer): "Stop ... stop, Ray ... I can feel it..."
Ray: (laughing nervously) Uh, still needs some fine tuning...

STAY PUFT! The king of all GB ghosts, who, in the cartoon series, voluenteered to help the GBers wipe out other ghosts (besides Slimer). I used to sleep with a Stay Puft doll at night.
Other cool ghosts:

* Phantom Ghost (Pumpkin)

Is Stay-Puft really a ghost? I always saw him more as a manifestation of Gozer's evil. And was there ever an explanation on how he came to be in the animated series?
