Here's my list, I prefer mostly the weapons from the original movie myself 
1. Proton Pack
2. Trap
3. PKE Meter
4. Containment Unit
5. Ecto-1

I agree with Bo.
I love the original movie (I will be watching it tomorrow while I relax for the first time in awhile).
I'm a huge fan of the Ghost Trap, Proton Pack, and Containment Unit.
And you know, you've GOT to love the Ecto-1

I like the Ecto-1, but I like Ecto-1A better, although the Ecto-1 does get a special nod from me

I like the GB2 weapons, but they're not some of my favorite.

I agree with Chad and group about the original equipment. No disrespect towards the film, but GB2 was slightly too "comic-y". It followed the ever-depressing deteriation of the Batman series. Hopefully, the final GB installment will reach back to it's roots.
