Part one has so many but my favorite is the whole conversation in the mayors office and my favorite in part two is when the mayor looks at the sky and says
"Somebody get me the Ghostbusters"

Ya know, there was a simple phrase from GB1 that was coined oh so many times on merchandies ranging from small pins to Children's halloween costumes, and frankly, I'm amazed to the fullest amount of amazement that nobody has said it yet. That phrase... this ever so famous phrase, spoken by Dr. Peter Venkman himself in the library in between questioning the librarian was-
"Back Off Man... I'm a Scientist!"
