Special Prop Forum Rules:
1. There is to be no flaming of any kind. This is a zero tolerance rule. If we perceive your post as a flame it will be deleted, no questions asked.
2. As this is a “prop building” forum, some questions shall be repetitive. However, these repeat posts may or may not be locked, depending on circumstances.
3. Do not bash another member’s prop. This forum is about constructive criticism. “If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.”
4. Be Reasonable. You’re not going to get a decent prop for 69.95. A Pack will at least cost around 150, if its semi accurate.
5. Before posting, check out the Ghostbusters.net Prop Section for information of all kinds. Also check out gbprops.com , eastprops.com , pub23.ezboard.com/bpropreplicas , for additional research.
Prop Sellers:
1. Ghostbusters.net is not responsible for anything your purchase from anyone in this forum.
2. If you have questions about a seller, check out the “Seller Review” thread at the top of this forum.
It is the mod’s decision if a post should be deleted or not. If your post is deleted, contact via mods@ghostbusters.net . Rather than creating a post.
Thank you for your time, happy posting!

I can tell you what an A.L.I.C.E. is. It is a frame that is used for packing gear in the military. They call it an ALICE pack frame and you can buy them through military outlets or other suplus stores. I bought mine through a guy named Derek. He has a website called qm-supply.com. It stands for Quartermaster supply co. It is a military surplus outlet that deals with used and new surplus. You can buy a used ALICE frame from him for about 50 dollars.

How do you make the slime from Ghostbusters?
The slime was made with MSG, a type of Chinese Food Starch.
For an alternate forumla using Elmer's glue and/or Borax, click here.
And if you are a chemist, use can use PVA (polyvinyl alcohol), which I think looks the coolest.
WARNING: DO NOT EAT THE SLIME. SLIME IS NOT TO BE EATEN. SLIME CAN BE TOUCHED WITH BARE SKIN WITHOUT HARM.
