I came across this T-shirt of a GB3 poster on eBay, I know it's been stolen because Fixer's name has be badly erased. Fixer, I think this guy needs straightening out!

In fact, looking at the guy's feedback, he's had several dodgy T-Shirt deals, either badly faded, blurred or iron-on stickers

Yep, he drew it. Even for argument's sake, you could use the 'hidden Stay Puft' to your advantage Fixer.

I'm pretty sure that's illegal, for two reasons:
A) He does not own Ghostbusters, and is selling "rip off" materials.
B) Fixer made it, it's his artwork, he prolly has Copywright on it!

Word to the wise, this is what you could do: actually bid on the shirt or get a close friend to use the "buy-it-now" feature, tell him you're about to send payment, and then have him send all his shipping information to you, which undoubtedly is going to include his address and name. If he's working through an actual business to do this, tell him you're sending a personal check and get his personal information that way. Either way, get whatever information you have of this guy, default on your eBay deal, and take him down. Please inform us here at GBN of any updates with this situation, it's a real shame to see things like this happen.

I dunno, Voice of Reason... If I do that, I would bid on something I am not planning to buy... I don't think ebay would like that. On the other hand, then we would know the identity of this culprit.
But maybe Vinz has got something. That fraud protection program. I wonder if he contacted them and what they had to say...
