My favorites are the Scoleri Brothers, the Subway Ghost from GB1, and the Theatre Ghost from GB2.

The Terror Dogs had to be the most scary ghosts of them all. Scared the pants off my nephew and I was blamed for giving him nightmares.

GB2: The Scoleri brothers.
RGB: Slimer,Stay Puft,Samhaine,The Grundel,Ghost versions of the guys, and the ghost from Slimer Come Home.
EGB: class 4 feeders from Back in the Saddle part 1, Akira, Banshee.

1)tiny ghosts.(ones that came out of the tiny chipped wooden hole in the RGB episode "Hole in the Wall Gang").
2)slimer.(GHOSTBUSTERS).
3)boogaloo.(RGB episode "Halloween Door").

Mine has to be Mr Stay Puft and the jogging ghost in central park in GB2

Mr. Stay-Puft (don't ask me why, but I always wink when I say his name), Slimer **GB1 movie version**, Gozer (that nimble little minx), Dana Barret as "ZUUL", the beautiful ghost who made Ray Stanz a very, very happy man (the deleted scene that was edited for the movie) **GB1**, Vigo (that bad bad monkey), Wyatt Earp and his posse from "Ghost Fight at the Ok Corral", the dopelanger Ghosbusters from "Citizen Ghost", that octopus monster ghost (I can't remember the episode where the RGB had to fight this ghost/monster than an occult had conjured up), the Peoplebusters in M. Scott's GB3 fan script and Samhain in M. Scott's GB4.
Yep, that about does it for me.

1. the Boogieman: he has to appear in every culture's urban legends, mythology, whatever. He's the proverbial thing going bump in the night.
everything else in kinda loose order
-The Grundel

-GB counterparts from Citizen Ghost
-Slimer (the movie version)...the cartoon version just isn't very...villainlike
-Keymaster/Gatekeeper personalities
-the demon from "Chicken, He Clucked" (Chickens?!)

I'm surprised nobody mentioned the giant Ed Koch who was on the rampage in GhostChasers 3 (i.e. The Critic).
