guys can anyone tell me whatis thebest and easiest way to make the bumper. what material should i use

If you have the tools and materials you'd probably want to fabricate your bumper out of 1" thick plywood. It's not as dificult as it looks but does take time. Or, if you have $35 on hand and want to buy the most accurate replica possible, go here:
