I'm about to make my first proton pack, but I'm also going to make a mold of it so I can make fiberglass “shells” so I dont have to keep constructing new packs. Do you have any ideas on what I should use to “mold” the pack with? What would last longer? How many “pulls” can I get? Thank you for your time.

Wow guys, I just read that thread and I do have to say that my admiration for proppers just increased ten-fold. It was like reading a technical manual- no wonder I can't make a good prop for the life of me!
