new on/off switch on the power cell box!!!

A few posts ago some one mentioned that they saw on Ray's pack that there was an on /off switch that lit up in the movie. many people disagreed with his observations, but how do explain when Egon turns on Ray's pack in the elevator, he pushes somthing on the power cell box. i will research Rays pack at planet hollywood for more info on this switch.

hes right thier isnt one…

A lot of improvising was done during the filming of this movie, at the last minute it was probably decided that they would switch them on from the back, it added to the comedic effect, he switches them on, mentions unliscensed nuclear accelarators, and then the other guy backs away when it starts making the high pitched hum…

The elevator scene was for comedic effect. Spengler appears to be reaching closer to the ATT, though. That's my view on it.

that could be, hes actually reaching for the gun? because as Ectoman said earlier thier is no switch on the powercell or attenuator, check out www.gbprops.com for pics of the actual movie packs thiers no switches…

the power up sound was post production anyways… so

Judging by the depth of his hand, and a see through model I made, in conjunction with the way his hand moves. It apprears that it stops, and touches near the booster, and powercell. Probably inbetween that area. It would have been impossible for him to have gone all the way to the gun, unless he was inspector gadget.
