Does anybody know how much is a flight suit at a surplus store and what dye do i use to dye the suit to make it look like ghostbuster 2 suit.

Flight suits usually run anywhere from $15-$50, depending on the brand and style.

I don't know about dye, but there are coveralls out there that color, which could probably be easier for you.
