Campaign:
That's a Big Twinky - Complete half the Tobin Spirit Guide.
Bibilical Proportions - Complete the Tobin spirit guide
Spores, Molds, and Fungus - Collect all the hidden secrets in the game.
Multiplayer:
Bustin' Makes Me Feel Good - Successfully capture 100(or whatever) ghost in multiplayer.
Ain't afraid of No Ghost - Capture 500 ghost in multiplayer
Achievements that insult you: (They do exist in some games)
Rookie of the Year - Get revived 50 times in campaign by a teammate
