I was wondering if there is anyone who can create an Ecto 1a Add on for NFS Hot Pursuit 2. Or if someone knew of a download or code I could get a hold of.

There was an Ecto-1a for the PC version of the original NFS: Hot Pursuit. If there are converters available, you can use those to convert it to the new format. The Ecto-1a mod wasn't too accurate though, so it may not be worth the effort to find and convert it.
