ALice pack frame help fast

when buying an alice pack fram do i need to buy a LC-2 or an LC-1 and if i do need to buy the Lc-2 to i get a medium sized or large.

Really it doesn't matter. Check the plans you are using to see what they call for. Also try the different ALICE Frames on and see which is more comfortable to you.

you want LCII it has quick release straps,

i beleive the frame is only availabe in two sizes small and large, the large frame will take the medium or the large pack though…
