Find someone with molds of the original pack and buy a nicely constructed replica.

actually, you don't need that much hardware to build the basic ghost buster props.
I have built the folowing without power tools.

For real, did you use a hand saw and screw driver! My props are pretty much born with power tools! But I did do my Ecto-goggles by hand!
