You can get 'em on eBay.

You used to be able to but them through the NY Fire Store, but since 911 they're reduced the site to a few FDNY general items. Hopefully they'll return to selling station specific items in the future.

The badges are super cool, but aren't rare - Ladder 8 has piles and piles they sell to the public - so if you're buying online, don't pay too much (they sell for around $10 at the station), there will always be other opportunities to buy.
