I don't know what a Sloar is, but I know what a “large and moving Torr” is A “torr” is a giant boulder or rock formation.

So, I guess during the rectification of the Voldroni when Gozer appeared as a large and moving Torr, he would've looked something like the rock monster from Neverending Story, hehe.
