On Saturday March 21st, 2009 the Arizona Ghostbusters attended Nathan's 6th Birthday party. Nathan's mother contacted us awhile back after they saw us in the Fiesta Bowl Parade about attending the party. We haven't attended a birthday party in several years. The party was already planned to be Ghostbusters themed and Nathan was already a huge fan, so we decided to make an appearance to make it extra memorable for him. We all remember having Ghostbuster themed parties and wanting busters to show up.

Nathan's mother put an amazing amount of work into the party. They rented a blow up screen to show the movie in the back yard at night. For activities, they set up a slime making station for us to help the kids make their own slime. Nathan's mom somehow managed to track down a ghost pinata that we helped the kids “bust.” Almost every kid at the party was sporting a GB shirt and each had a GB goody bag. We made special buttons for everyone at the party and gave all the kids our Stay-Puft Marshmallow bags. An awesome GB logo cake was made for Nathan. It was a great party and a hopeful sign Ghostbusters will be passed on to another generation.

Thanks everyone. It was awesome. We don't normally do birthdays but this one was certainly worth it. We do get asked by alot of parents to attend parties but we're afraid the parents want us there morethan the kids. Since we had met Nathan before, we knew he was a genuine Ghosthead.
