The back end as you can see in the new pictures is looking better but I still got a ways to go before I can call it done. The back end is basically the last major thing left to finish on the exterior of the vehicle.

I know it’s taking a very long time but this 3D model is going to be a work of art and we all know art can’t be rushed (*egon)

Shame sounds and lights can't be changed in the GTA games.

Great news everyone I’m officially finished with school and unemployed leaving me with plenty of time I already finished the back tail light yesterday and now getting ready to make the window wipers and finish up the exterior

Don’t worry I’m not going to become one of those people who become a bum after leaving school but I am taking some time off to relax

A mod for the original GTA III that might interest you guys is the realGTA III mod. It adds the statue of liberty to the city, along with altering the cars into existing ones and other graphic changes to the cities (textures, billboards, etc.) It's pretty sweet!

Since I finished school I’ve been working on the ECTO-1 just about everyday and it’s looking good

I just want to clarify to any of you that are wondering why this is taking so long because all I’m doing is converting an already made 1959 Cadillac model into an ECTO-1 it’s not like I’m making it from scratch or anything the answer is because the 1959 Cadillac model I’m modifying is bad the polygon placement is bad the demotions are bad basically I have to make adjustments to every single part of the model to make it look like a real ECTO-1

It’s unfortunately not as easy as adding on two more doors and extending the roof to make it look like a station wagon

Is it going to replace an emergency vehicle? (e.g. Ambulance)

I've got an Ecto 1 in San An already but it replaces the Romero… so no lights and sirens :-(

I was planning on replacing the FBIcar so that way it has a siren and the FBIcar is only parked in that back ally near the pizza place in downtown so there won’t be a bunch of ECTO-1s driving around on the streets in the game

Although the Romero is not that bad of a choice either because it has a radio that makes it so that you can listen to the games radio stations

Big Mac - I must say that it is looking great, and that I don't mind you taking as long as you want b/c that means quality!

Question: will this be the first Ecto 1 mod available for Vice City - I've seen the one for SA, but alas, I don't have that version of the game.
