Building a pack & trap for my 8yr old brother in law. any tips?

I got him totally into Ghostbusters and now he wants a pack and so fourth. no luck finding one of those old plastic ones thus far. so any material tips? i have the main base down ok. but everything else… this thing is going to be Heavily abused. and construction tips? thanks.

Radio Shack Project Boxes, correct me if im wrong but those thing will take punishment, use screws to tighten everything. Try to keep marerials light and in the plastic range. Make sure the paint don't chip off or give harmfull fumes. Thats all i can think of. Oh yeah make sure he stays a gb fan

ebay's a good choice. i found a ghost pack with the box, sans the patch, and yellow foam thing for 12 bucks. just look long enough. search for ghostbusters proton pack, ghost pack, proton pack, etc.
