To be honest I've been expecting a upgrade to the P.K.E. meter to be a giga attachment.

Simply increases scanning abilty and makes it easier to track down ghosts.

Too bad we can't use either the PKE Meter or the googles at different times, not always both.

from what i put together, the pke-meter is used to find hidden things in the levels!
but this isnt used to upgrade ur tools (of destruction, lol)!
so my though is that u get some kind of extra!

I think it might be in the Firehouse laying around as a homage to the 2nd movie, I doubt it will be usable though.

there supposedly is a master code that will give you everything that each store offers.
