Well, for my nametag (since I wanted it done ASAP) I went to a local embroidery shop, and I explained to them what I wanted done and gave them the measurements of the name tag and it was done in about 3 days and it looked almost exact in my opinion. It's just a suggestion. I've also heard some good reports about the CostumeCostumeCostume place that was mentioned before on here. Either way It all comes down to what you're most comfortable doing.

Oh, one thing I forgot to mention. Some embroidery shops wont make custom nametags for you, i.e. “Things Remembered Inc.” The webmaster of CostumeCostumeCostume.com has been very busy and ill lately so you'll have to be patient.
