I dont think they are just a local group but a sci fi fan club in my community (Star Trek, Star Wars, etc) fans and they recently got me to join them. Now i am a Star Trek fan and if anyone out there knows the kind of people in this fan club, what do you guys think they think of Ghostbusters? I mean these people dress up like Jedis, Klingons, etc and i wondered what they would think if i came in dressed in flightsuit with my homemade proton pack. What do yall think they would say?

Hehe, well knowing those guys they'd probably point you in the direction of an AA meeting.

But you never know, they might dig it. If you're like going to the Star Wars Celebration in your uniform, it might be out of place- but if you're at a sci-fi convention I'm sure you'd fit right in.

They might ridicule you everytime they see you or they just might respect you for showing off what you like..

I think they would like it…maybe.
