Deleteing ratings

Do the mods have the power to delete ratings, because this rating of doc's really needs to be deleted. Or at least his comment.

They can only delete posts, no more, no less.

If you notice, Doc gives everyone 1's. He's given all my props 1's.. but eh…

I've seen him give a couple of better ratings, but still, that one was just too mean.

actually if you read any of his ratings, he rates 1s and cuts them down. thats it. i just dismiss his all together.
