Well, it's been 9 years… I could have waited for a 10 year anniversary, but eh.

I have the entire 40 episode series of Extreme Ghostbusters, and I'll be uploading 2 a week until it's over, then I will start again. The quality isn't the best, nor is it the worst (see screengrabs below), each episode is about 150mb which I think is decent.

So put those ‘Politically Correct’ misconceptions from 9 years ago aside, and look at it for yourself again… was it really that bad? Download it, and post your thoughts on the episode. Do you still hate it, or do you now love it?

EDIT: I'm doing this because we are still waiting for RGB to be properly released on DVD, and since that may not happen for quite a while, EGB will be even further behind that!

It took me a few tries, I got the download to work. Fusi0n and I have been trying to work out how to get these episodes on-line so we can share them with all of you.

EGB episodes like season 1 and beginning of season 2 of RGB will be available for download also on Ghostbusters International®. Where I'll most likely review them as I have with episodes of RGBs.

For those of you who have been interested in my ‘reviews’ of RGBs, can check the GBI site for news about when more episodes of RGBs will be up as well as EGB.

Trying to do a bit better, does anyone else prefer more than 1 a week? I decided to plan ahead and 2 for the first post so no one would be left on the edge of there seat with a ‘to be continued’… :p

Getting my brother to upload them for me as my 512k connection seems to time out on most of these servers. He's not so ‘computer orientated’ as most people, so took me a while to get a system working with him.


Episode 3: The True Face Of A Monster

This ep caused a bit of controversy because of the hatred/racism message. It was quite good, series is off to a nice start.


Episode 4: Fear Itself

This ep deals with each of the EGB's own personal fear! Quite spooky!


What are your thoughts so far? The ‘PC’ness of it isn't really getting to me. I look at it as a chance, like what are the odds of these 4 people from different backgrounds coming together for a deserted paranormal class and then having to deal with ghostbusting, as well as each other's differences and personalities? The original GB's were scientists, 2 of which going to college together, they had a past together.

well i for one love it…finally get to see the series with a more analytical and mature mind. plus i only got to see like 12 of the series before CiTV decided to keep moving it around in the schedule. So i'll finally get to see Back In The Saddle, just wish Lorenzo Music was around to voice Peter still. He was the one true Venkman (well aside from Bill Murray!)

I wish that they would a made an episode where They met the extreme peoplebusters

we all remember the RGB episode where they went to an alternate dimension and met the peoplebusters.

I just thought it would be something cool to see.
like seeing the new eqipment because in the RGB it was a tank with goo, but

I wonder what the peoplebusters equipment would be like since everything in the other dimension has been updated.
