OK I know there must be about a hundred threads regarding the coolest car ever built, so please forgive me if this is annoying to anyone. Yes, I know what kind of car it is. I would like to find or compile a comprehensive list of every Ecto-1/1A known to exist with details of where they are now and what has happened to them over time. I know there were two used in the original movie, the “work in progress” and the completed Ecto-1. I'd like to know which was used in GB2 as well as how many 1As were built. I know it's probably too difficult to keep track of the replicas that have and are being created, but I'd like to know at least what happened to the cars used in the movies. I've heard that the original(one of them, I'm guessing the latter) was rotting in a parking lot for a couple of decades but now has been restored. Apparently it was shown outside of a Home Despot at one point. I'll gladly take PMs and E-mails from anyone who has info. Thank you, seriously I do appreciate it.
