Sadly as it's a variation of the Ghostbusters logo, he can't own the copyright for it.

However if my understanding is correct, he owns the trademark for that varient.


As for the auction, people have been ripping his logo off for years…

You can tell if it's a bad auction by the simple fact that the ‘Cliff Laureys’ has been removed from the poster.

You can also tell by the poor poster design, Cliff (Fixer) from appearance is a professional graphic artist, and the modifications to that poster are just terrible.
