Seems we have new news to bring to the table

This article talks about how ActivisionBlizzard has dropped Scarface from the publishing but the last sentence says that Ghostbusters got back in, so maybe it will come out this Fall. If this is as true as they say then

Not really, all that was said was “Its being published” He didn't say by who or when, and damn, Activision just likes killing games, they really are the new EA.

As I said on that Kotaku post, all that was said was that the game was getting published, they still haven't said by who or when, so no, theres still no hope.

It's like you don't want this game coming out at all or maybe you want the game to come out in 2009.

You have to have faith sometimes that maybe it is as simple as “Activision decided to republish it.” You don't know, you don't work for activision

Trust me, I want this game to come out as much as anyone, but all that was said was “Ghostbusters will be published” and nothing more, and well, after this disaster, all my faith in Activision has been lost

The only way I'll believe it is if I see “Activision has decided to publish it after all” or something similar, until then, I don't believe it at all.

So you want to be told straight out the game is coming out…..wow, yet Sony says “oh we are possibly thinking about a release with the 25th anniversary” just once and you believe it to be a fact?

I guess it is true…..bad news is harder to believe than good news, I guess from a mass population stand point.

So I ask you, do you have any proof that maybe Activision did NOT pick the GB game back up? Even on the Activision website it still says “October 31st 2009.” I think they would have changed this by now.

Even the main GB game website it still has Activision written all of over and they have changed and updated the website after the fact. So tell me another one. Why wasn't Activison taken off the main website, why does the main website still have the initial date on it?

Actually, no, I never said I believed the deal about them bringing it out in 09 since it only said that they were considering it, but given how Sony is, I won't dismiss it.

And yes, I know that the Activision logo is still on the main site, but thats only because Sierra is now Activision property. As I said, I won't believe Activision is still publishing the game until I see a full sentence that says that.

Okay - so I remember in the beginning Activision said it was holding onto 4 property's plus one yet unnamed property.

Did they name that property, or could it still be in the running?
