In preparation for the Tampa Toy show tomorrow, I built a gun today. Considering it was made in 10 hours out of 100% JUNK scavanged from around the garage, Im pretty happy with it, even if it may not be 100% screen acurate.
Next steps will be an actual screen acurate gun, correct ribbon cable, radio holster, correct calculator board, and of course, Im designing and building my own light kit.
Any and all feedback greatly appreciated!

It looks very nice. You put a lot of hard work into it.

Very impressive work, the Pack itself is very close to the real thing.

You might have trouble finding the calculator circuit board as it has become rare, and some sellers have cottoned onto the fact it was used as a Ghostbusters prop… however there's a very good tutorial on GBFans and Proptopia which details how you can build your own replica of the circuitboard.

So I met some fellow ghostbusters at the Tampa Comic and Toy show, we grouped together and won 1st place in the costume contest, AND got ourselves in the paper!
