I have come across a small quantity of the “Lifegard II” belt attachment (the yellow box on the belts in GB2) The are $23 each including priority mail shipping. Here is a picture link.

I would really recommend this to anyone who wants one. These things are extremely rare and won't be easy to come by. Thats also a fare price for that particular item.

The LifeGard II was originally used by firefighters and rescue personnel as a motion sensor in case of accidental injury and/or death. This device acts as a motion sensor and after 30 set seconds of no motion an alarm(and on certain models a strobe as well) will go off hopefully alerting other personnel. This device has been replaced by smaller, louder, more reliable models.
