I'm finally getting psyched up for this. I don't know how I feel about having Gozer's Father involved in this, but that aside, the rest of the story sounds like more fun and a step up from The Other Side to me.

Other side was bad and i dont see any reason this will be any better.

Ghostbusters traveling through time? With some new female GB?

Can't we just have a normal comic of the 4 ghostbusters in new york without all this crazy weird stuff.

Just to echo Jay a couple posts up, the book has been officially solicited in Diamond's release list for this Wednesday.

Halfway down the page in the section simply labeled ‘Comics’ after Marvel.

Good preview, dialogue's definitely a marked improvement.

And loving that little reference to the first movie.

Can't wait… hopefully it'll be next week that my guy will get this in.

I think i'd would classify that into the “weird crazy stuff” category as well.

Oh well hopefully IDW proves me wrong and makes this whole thing not suck, but i doubt it.

LOL, its GHOSTBUSTERS… what's not weird and crazy about it? A 100-foot Marshmallow man wasn't weird and crazy in the first movie? A possessed painting wasn't weird and crazy in the second movie? LOL. Ghostbusters is weird and crazy man. Its a fantasy story. If you want to call something weird and crazy, I wouldn't choose something in a franchise that deals with scientists creating their own nuclear-powered ghost catching equipment.
