before there is an !“OFFICIAL”! releasedate, for me, this game is cancelled!

But there's no “official” release date for God Of War 3, Fifa 2010 or quite a few other games coming in 2009 either. But that doesn't mean they're cancelled my good friend. Atari even have a news article on there website confirming that they'll be publishing it in 2009. It's'a comin.

None of those dates are confirmed officially. It's just speculation from what has been said that it coincides with the 25th Anniversary.

If somebody spreads the word that the exact day of the anniversary is the 8th, the release dates on those sites are gonna change.

I don't think so. The 8th is a Monday. Games come out on Tuesdays. Just because they want it to coincide with the 25th anniversary doesn't mean they're releasing it that day.
