Its a car that resembles the Ecto-1… It was doubtful that they would have the Ecto-1 exactly as it is in the movies in the game anyway.

well at least you can use the ambulance and pretend its the ecto-1 tearing shit up, which would be awesome.

That's definitely the Ecto-1, no question about it.

It's the Character “Meat Wagon”… based on the 59 style Miller Meteor. inspired, probably, but no, it's not the Ecto-1. The character shoots a remote controlled gurney which you drive into people and blow up.

It is certainly the same model ambulance as Ecto-1.

There was a game a while back (Vigilante 8, maybe?) that featured a DeLorean as one of the playable cars (inspired by Back to the Future), so it certainly isn't out of the realm of possibility that this character is inspired by Ghostbusters.
