there were a number of cartoons that did spoofs:
chipmunks sang the theme song
simpson's-homer said something about slimer
johnny bravo-him and carl were their own versions of “gb's”
dexter's lab- dexter had to trap the spirit of his dead goldfish

sitcoms-
different strokes-the kids were wearing proton packs and stuff like that

full house- joey has a staypuft on his desk when their doing the radio program and stuff.

family matters- urkle asks who ya gonna call?

and that's about it for me. anyone else can think of some other things?

I saw that episode of SNL that was alluded to before on Comedy Central a few times. David Spade played a contestant on a game show host where his fictional dad, played by Phil Hartman was the host. It was called Head Games. Spade was playing like a 10-year kid, so it made sense for him to be wearing a GB shirt - I believe it was a blue one with the regular logo on it.

Yeah I love the Simpson and I love Homer. I was going crazy when he said Slimer. It was just last week.

I also remember the chipmunks and differnt strokes episode.
