Ghostbusters sighted at Festival in Grand Rapids

I went to the festival of the arts here in Grand Rapids, MI today. and saw two guys dressed as Ghostbusters.

There must be! one of them had a proton pack, and the other carried a PKE Meter, and some other tool.
