Also… you shouldnt go to jail for stealing something that only costs 60 bucks. You wouldnt in real lifeI don't know what the law is in TX, but in here in MI, petty theft (anything less than $400) is punishable by up to six months in prison, not to mention a fine ($500-$1000), so yeah, you would…in real life. Theft is theft, no matter how you look at it, and piracy is the worst kind, because it's so widespread, and almost impossible to trace.(*peter)

I wouldn't go making that assumption. I'm sure I could easily find out how to do it were I inclined to do so, I could theoretically have downloaded it by now and already be playing it… but I never would do that.
