Whilst I love the Ghostbusters franchise and would have liked to have seen them go all the way; I have to say that Blade Runner is just a better sci-fi movie when it comes down to it.
I think it was truly unfair for Ghostbusters to be pitted against Blade Runner as they are truly two different beasts, but if it wasnt Blade Runner it would have been something else. Should be glad that Ghostbusters lost to Blade Runner instead of something completely retarded
