I always thought the Ghostbusters up against The Tall Man from the Phantasm movie series would've been a cool match-up. The Tall Man would be a supreme challenge for them.

How would you classify Freddy Kruger? If you could classify him as a “spirit” then a cross-over into the dreamworld were the Ghostbusters are up against one of the biggest(well known) and nastiest villians of all time would be a fun thing to watch. Possibility of one of them dying…..seems probable that Freddy would take out at least one.
