good to know that “if” thats a game u see the end-credits after a weekend, that it is worth playing it again to collect (find) all the hidden items!

It's another cursed artifact, it shows up around the Stay Puft level.

I think he means that it unlocks a feature like how in COD4 you can unlock cheats to use in game when you find the laptops.
