Help with wireing the lights

i dont understand it i've tried everything i can and everytime i put batteries up even if the powers off the batteries drain and the batteries puff up . I was at a halloween party last year and i had to stop open up he battery compartment and had to take the batteries out with a krew driver. what am i doing wrong with the light andhow do i correct the problem.

by the way i didnt state that the problem i have is with the proton pack lights in the cyclotron.

I still need more info what kind of lights are you using, did you buy a kit? did you make a board with the plans on www.gbprops.com are you just hooking batteries up to leds?

explain your situation a little more in depth, and I or someone else will beable to help you…

you left everything to generalized, we need some specifics…

well basicly i need to know how to wire lights and make them blink like theresuposed to. can you help?

You need to have the LED's hooked up to a circuit board so direct power is going through the panel, instead of directly through the LED itself.
