how long does it take for a fan fic to be approved?

At least several months. I was lucky with my Unusual Aspects story, because I submitted it just days before the recent fan-fic approval! smile

thanks, mine is a sort of parody of the e true hollywood stories they do on certain celebrities. hopefully everyone will like it

It's not always a few months, just that last update. Though things seem to be getting busier, so it may be another month-plus wait. No big deal.

However, probably half a year or less ago, you could submit a fan fiction and see it up in two weeks, but now there are a lot more people here who are submitting a lot more fan fiction.
