it sez press t 2 start chattin and i press t and nothin happens plz i need help i wanna get the cheats in

You don't need to press “T” to use the cheats. That is only in the Doom program (I think). To use the cheats, type in the following things then hit enter:
slimer - lets you go through walls ray - all weapons egon - all weapons and keys gozer - god mode vigo - god mode (black and white) goggles - fixes lighting
