I dont know if you ghostheads know this already, but i searched the Web and i found the REAL Sedgewick Hotel where the Ghostbusters had their first Case in GB1.

Now in Reality its called:
Millenium Biltmore Hotel

Yeah. Like Ectoman said, that's it. In the movie, didn't they name the building across the street when they walk into the lobby the Biltmore cleaners since they used the biltmore hotel? Either way I think it's on one of the signs, but someone else on here could probably back me up on it.

Im not sure how many people watched the DVD with the tricks and trivia subtitles on, but if you watch that it will tell you that plus a bunch of other info.
