I have a question...

Okay, I'm just curious, for the straps on a proton pack, can I just use straps off of a backpack. Take the whole back off and glue the sucker onto the back? And just so you know, I don't live in the US, so don't send me to a military surplus store please.

Thanks.

Well, what I'm doing is tieing some rope to the top and bottom, and then putting duct tape around it to make it resemble straps.

Heh heh, I did that. Simply get some strong back pack straps, cut ‘em off, but don’t glue them! Use screws. that's what I did. But when you screw them on, start at the top with it flipped upside down, screw it, and flip it right side up where the screw isn't visible. Fold the bottom and screw where the screw isn't visible. Good luck!
