Does anyone know what that plot idea for GB3 about “Hell is not some distant place. Hell is right next door” is about? Also if someone could explain the positive and negative version of NYC that was included in it.

Pretty much, hell is taking over New York, there is going to be a postive energy side, the GB's, and the negative, the devil or whatever. I think this plot stinks, and I would like to see something more realistic, or down to earth.
