As a member of ghostbusters.net I enjoy rating props in the prop section, I get great ideas from the props I see and I learn from others mistakes, as well as their triumphs. Unfortunatley though some members of this site don't appreciate my constructive critisim and choose to fill my mail box with hate. here is an example:

im going through your ratings on GBN, and all i can say is they are not at all fair. i worked so hard in trying to design, and build that pistol. the thing that boggles me mind, is why are you bashing everyones props if you dont have any yourself?

we can always take this up with Chad, if you like? im just sending a warning. if i see another bash, i will make sure Chad gets a wiff of what it is your posting in the ratings section, and have you banned. Change the attitude, or face the conciquences of your actions.

Its still abuse….You know that everything you agve a one didn't deserve it! However Ectodude has no right to make those threats either…..You know, I'm starting to feel like this whole GBN system thing is just too whack for me too use….

I realize my actions, but its not fair to just tell everyone that their stuff sucks, and give them a one, even thought theyve better than some of the others ive seen. whatever happen to the fair rating system?

JF, this is nothing againest you, but this wasnt a threat, this was a warning. i even stated that in the email!

honestly, this guy has a soiled track record of saying their work is for sh!t, and these people work as hard as they could with the amount of money they had to try and make themselves happy by completing something. they put it on here to get a little phrase, and they get stepped on by a guy who says it “constructive critisium.”

look, ive taken things constructive for years, and i can tell the difference between constructive, and destructive. you, my unfair friend, are destructive. and i do believe you left something out about me saying you were bashing others work, and saying it isnt constructive.

honesty, you have evidence to the contrary, but i guess you live in a world where you think you can call others sh!t, and not get called apon… youve got another thing comin.

I somewhat agree with ectodude….don't give stuff such bad ratings that have had a lot of work put into it, especially when you don't have any yourself, even if you think it sucks. I feel that way on Fan Fiction (props really aren't in my area so I don't rate them). But still, it's good to speak your opinion but you don't need to be so harsh on the creators. At least give them some credit for their work.

I know this is a somewhat old post, but I was looking through his ratings and came across one saying that “everyone gets a one even though your prop was good.” So, yes, he is abusing the system. But he hasn't been here in a while, and probably won't come back, so let's all forget him.
