Hey all! Just thought I'd post this and hopefully I've put it in the right place.

I was on a night out with some friends on Saturday night and we were all quite inebriated….anyway we were outside a club whilst my friends had a cigarette and I was stood next to some guy that I had never met before. All of a sudden he just shouted “Don't cross the streams!”

I burst out laughing and all my mates were looking at me like I was some kind of freak.

Turns out he was a massive GB fan and it just so happened he was randomly standing next to me.

So then me and him started asking everyone who walked past if they knew what it meant and we had a group of about 10 people shouting “Don't cross the streams” as they were walking up the street.

It was sooo funny, it was also a ‘you had to be there’ kind of moment but I just thought I would share.

Have any of you guys had weird and wonderful random things like that happen???

He just shouted “Don't cross the streams”? Without seeing a Ghostbusters logo, or t-shirt or anything?

Is there some sort of Ghostbuster-tourettes that I'm unaware of?

This happened to me once when I was stood at a urinal, needless to say I made a swift exit and never looked back. I hate to think what that situation would have ended up like if I was also drunk…eesh.

*headdesk* I've got images now…evil evil images.

I do remember being on a night out and kept saying to people “Isn't that right?” then, “Yo!” then the laugh. (Ghostbusters 2) And nobody got it. I mean yeah, obscure reference but it's something that makes me crack up everytime I see it!

Yeah he was just stood there. I mean I'm pretty random and can just come out with stuff and people are wondering what I am going on about but it was just soooo funny. At first I kinda looked at him and was like “He didn't just say that!”

So then the next day when I was still at my mates house our other friend came round and she was like “What on earth were you and that fella talking about last night.” I was like “Ghostbusters!” And guess what….she hasn't seen it. So now we've decided we're going out for my birthday dressed as the GB's and she has to watch the movie before we go out, lol.

It was just so mad, very surreal. Loved it though!
