How was it honestly?

I enjoyed it a lot, it's a fun throwback to 1950s/60s/70s-style Sci-Fi/Horror films. Think of it as E.T. meets The Monster Squad.

Ghost Rider

Good visual effects, but I hate Nicolas Cage movies…

X-Men: First Class - loved it. And I personally thought Hugh Jackman's cameo was perfect!

Shouldn't we be giving mini-reviews for the films we're mentioning? I know this thread has gone on for many, many pages now but it doesn't make much sense to just post the name of the movie and leave it at that. A small spoiler-free review would help continue a more engaging discussion rather than 1-3 word posts, imo.

Anyway….recently saw Tron Legacy. I had seen the original many moons ago but wasn't a die hard fan. Legacy did a great job of bringing it into a modern world and introducing the franchise to new comers. The effects, while fairly simple, were beautiful. Definitely worth at least one viewing.

Charade - the classic with Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn. Great mystery movie with lots of humor.

Not a bad idea, I think I could do that from hereon in this thread. With that, I last watched:

RoboCop (Unrated)

First time I've seen the unrated cut. Still holds up as a complete classic of a movie, and the unrated death scenes give the movie more impact.

RoboCop 2
RoboCop 3

The second movie is underrated. Not as good as the first, but still fun. The third one though is an abomination, doesn't deserve to bear the name.
