Hey guys! the Ectodude has returned! (with a crapload of pix, nonetheless!)Man it kicked ass!
the first day i was there, we went to the coast, and saw the antlantic ocean. that was a day out of the way.
the second day, we went to Islands of Adventure. our first stop there was Marvel Superhero Island. we went on the Spider-man ride. my Dad thought it was the best ride there. then we went to Jarassic Park. I liked that area better than any other, althought it was different. we all went on the River Adventure… My Dad wasnt thrilled (you know, Chicagoans and Water rides

) My mom went nuts at Suess Landing. we had our digital camera with, and she had a field day taking pictures of that area. My Dad had Green eggs and Ham there. (Yes, the eggs were green!)
On the third day, Disney-MGM. My brother was an Extra in the Indiana Jones Stunt… thing (?) we went on the Star Tours (Star Wars-oriented) ride. it was intresting. me and my brother went on Rock ‘N Rollercoaster. that was cool! took a little cruise over to Epcot by boat. we walked around and got our berrings on where we were going to do the next day.
Day 4, we went to Epcot, and wondered around. not a hell of a lot there. (although, me and my brother were checking out the chicks from Norway.

) we ate ot the German “All You Can Eat” place in Germantown… or whatever. (some good looking german chicks there too… What?) went to future world there, and checked out the “Ultimate Home Entertainment system”… my Dad had a better surround sound system then what they had there. went on the Test Track ride… and got stuck twice. (Worst Ride Ever!)
Day 5, Disney World, the only thing i can recollect, was the 3

0 peraide. (i wasnt paying attention, because it was raining… i know, i know, pour excuse) I did see the firework show they had in the magic kingdom. before the fireworks started, they said something about how Tinker Bell flew around the castle, and then, some brave chick jumped from the one of the towers of the castle, (dressed as Tinker Bell, no less) and flew down on a line, into Tomarrowland. (im getting an idea for a GB story here… im sorry, what was that?) went everywhere on the Monorail (Mono… D’ho!) that covers that.
Day 6 (AKA yesterday) Universal studios!the first thing i went to do, was take pictures of the DeLorean Time Machine! i damn near passed out from the overwhelming joy of being so close to a DeLorean, more or less, The Time Machine! i got a couple of pictures the Doc Brown as well (although he was a living person, he ignored me. he was scaring the hell out of unsuspecting people, but the guy knew he couldnt do that to me, so he compleatly ignored me, and stood still.) we went back out of the park, and ate at the Hard Rock Cafe. afterwards, we wne to the T2-3D ride/show. that kicked ass. we saw the puraide… and guess what? The GBs were there! that sure as hell made my day! (not like it wasnt made with the DMC Time Machine) they had like a Mardi Gras thing going that day, so they all had funny hats and masks on as they drove Ecto-1 around, and the other 2 GBs walked in front of the Ecto, throwing beads around with their Proton Packs on. I wanted to bring my uniform with me on the trip, but my dad said no. after the GBs went around the block, the gave my dad a look. “pack lite” he said. the next time, no matter what he says, im taking it with me, even it it means wearing it underneath my clothes on the plane. anyway back to the point, the next thing we saw was the Blues Brothers Rythum and Blues show. they had the car and everything. (when i mean the car, it was the same model, year, paint job, license plate, even the amount of letters missing on the back and front of the car. put out the same amount of pollution as my Mom's 65 Mustang.) the guys even looked like the young Dan Aykroyd and the late John Belushi. (danced like them too.)
All in all it was a good trip. if you want my opinion on which park is better - Disney or Universal - it has to be Universal.
BTW, if you want to know, I hate planes. and i hope thats the last time for a good while i have to ride in one.
