Unlike the previous search on GBN, I have found that the current search function doesn't always show a member even if said member's name has been typed in fully into the search criteria. The only other way of finding the member is to go through each page of the User directory, could it be possible for a sepearate user search to help locate a user faster?

Perhaps the user directory could be divided into links for each beginning letter. For example:

A - B - C

etc. (however the links would be to the respective user directory pages.)
